New order in Magento

One ERP behind several websites
If you run several store views or websites in the same Magento installation, we agree which stock, prices and customers each website pulls from M3.
✦Integration
Do you run several websites, product variants or different customer prices? Here the integration has to account for your product structure, stock setup and the specific Magento or Adobe Commerce edition.
What it does
New order in Magento
Validate and transform
Created in Infor M3
If you run several store views or websites in the same Magento installation, we agree which stock, prices and customers each website pulls from M3.
Configurable products, variants and attributes have to be translated into M3's item numbers. We settle the rules, so the range can be maintained in one place.
If an item number or a customer is missing, the transfer stops with a clear message – and can be resumed once the data is in place.
Ready out of the box
Magento → M3
Orders from Magento are transferred to M3 and created as sales orders on the right customer account.
M3 → Magento
Stock from M3 updates Magento – including when you use several sources in Magento's inventory management.
M3 → Magento
Item numbers, variants and master data are synchronised, so the range follows M3. Copy and images can come from a PIM.
M3 → Magento
Sales prices, campaign prices and prices per customer group are pulled from M3, so B2B customers see their own prices.
Both ways
Customers from Magento can be created as customer accounts in M3, and existing customer accounts can be linked to their account in the webshop.
M3 → Magento
Once the order has shipped from M3, Magento is updated with status, consignment note and tracking.
Magento works with configurable products, simple products and attributes. M3 works with item numbers and item structures. The integration has to translate between the two – and that translation is rarely the same from one company to the next.
So we start by looking at your range: how the variants are built, which attributes matter for selling, and where the copy and images come from. If you have a PIM, that typically owns the content, while M3 owns item numbers, prices and trading terms.
If you run several websites or store views in the same Magento installation – one per market or one per brand, for instance – the integration needs to know what applies where:
We agree the rules per website, so you can add a new market without rebuilding the integration.
M3 Cloud Edition and older or on-premise environments place different demands. Version, access, available APIs and existing customisations need to be known before the technical solution is chosen. We go through that together with you and your M3 partner.
We've got the answers
Yes. The difference lies first and foremost in which features are available – for example customer segments and shared catalogues in Adobe Commerce. We go through your edition before we settle the integration.
Yes. Each website can have its own stock, prices and customer groups. We agree which data each website pulls from M3, so they do not overwrite each other.
The variants in Magento are linked to the corresponding item numbers in M3. We settle the rules during scoping, so new variants can be created without manual work.
