When you issue a credit note, the money is returned to the customer automatically via QuickPay. No logging in to several systems.
Payment status follows the order, so customer service and finance can always see whether an order is authorised, captured or refunded.

QuickPay is a Danish payment gateway that makes it possible for webshops to accept payments online. The gateway handles the payment itself at checkout and communicates with the acquirer – for example Clearhaus – which processes the card payment.
Once the payment is authorised in the webshop, the work starts inside the company: the order has to be processed, packed and invoiced. Without an integration, someone has to capture the payment manually in QuickPay when the order has shipped – and refund manually when a customer returns goods.
With a Connectify integration it all connects automatically. When the invoice is posted in Business Central, the payment is captured, and when a credit note is issued, the money is returned. At the same time, payment status follows the order, so everyone works from the same overview.
