New customer accounts registered in WooCommerce can be transferred automatically to Business Central, and existing customer accounts can be synchronised to Business Central in real time. The use cases do differ, though – in B2C, the WooCommerce order is assigned to a web customer account created for the relevant market. In B2B, a specific customer account is created instead, either from WooCommerce to BC or from BC to WooCommerce.
Orders placed in WooCommerce are converted immediately into sales orders in Business Central. This applies to both registered customers and guest purchases, which streamlines the order handling process.
